Poor delivery service, package doesn’t arrive at time

My parcel has been in transit since yesterday. I have not received it yet. Last year my parcels were stolen from Aramex. I hope same thing won't happen again this year.

Im verry disapointed my parcel delivery time was between 8 and 11 November but still no parcel ????????????

I have never experienced such bad service Buffalo is far better than this aramex it's been two weeks now waiting for my order no communication nothing my order has been stuck in transit for two good weeks hai guys this is not cool at all...

Your Service is very poor. how I so wish I had to choose which logistic I prefer. I'm soo worried now that again my parcel is With Aramex, maybe I'll receive my parcel at December

Disgusting and disappointing service. My parcel left Kzn on Fri last week enroute to Montagu in western cape. Still not received . Been informed since Wednesday 10 th and Thursday 11th and Friday 12th it will be delivered. Still nothing. Have had numerous call to find out what is going on. I need help and answers.

I’m a little disappointed this time I normally have a quick delivery but this time has a call on Tuesday 09nov at 16:50 to say you guys can’t find my address and will be rescheduled and today Friday had another call at 10:51 and still no delivery and now it’s 14:41 still no delivery ?

Aramex is one of the bad courier service not in a million years I will recommend someone to use it...I have been waiting for my order like forever am so passed.

Poor poor service Aramex, actually Aramex is the definition of poor services. I mean we pay a lot of money for the services, early plus but the services we get is so poor. I pray you lose business and clients, you're useless marn!!!!!!

I have been waiting for my parcel since the 8 of November it's not the 12 haven't received it,no communication nix, I tried calling the least they could do is put me on hold till o ran out of airtime,this is the worst service

My parcel took now 8 days to be collected from a Pickn Pay outlet and still counting.

Poor service it's being 2weeks now since am waiting for my parcel but u guys said the parcel would be delivered within 72 hours af even pep deliveries are better than this nonsense
