Utterly shocking service!!!!

Amarex is the worst!!! The staff is NOT helpful they can't escalate anything, there's no manager you can talk to hell they are inefficient... this company doesn't deserve our money honestly if I had a choice i would always use BUFFALO LOGISTICS they exceed the turnaround time on all deliveries..the staff is amazing and efficient !!! Not this poor managed company...if I could I'd definitely leave no stars nxa

Aramex service is just too bad guys like really ?

Aramex is the worst courier ever. My parcel was cleared from customs and intrasit to destination facility from the 3rd of Nov till the 12th still in transit. I paid for priority express and it still too 7 working days to move a 1kg parcel from jhb to Hatfield. Tried calling so I could collect from jhb myself 1hr drive and I keep being placed on hold. I don't know why retail companies still insist on using aramex ???.

My order was shipped on the 22nd of October and my parcel is still not delivered. This service is not the best more especially because the estimated date has passed.

Poor service not happy at all if I had a choice I would use another logistics company. Online consultant took over 10min to advise about the parcel. Online tracking it's been pending for release and payment was done. Very poor service parcel ???

Not happy with the service estimated delivery time has passed. Online consultant took long to give feedback till got disconnected. When I track under shein the update is been pending for release since Tuesday pament was done on Sunday ????

The most poor service ever

I was promised that I will receive my parcel today before 17:00..still waiting since the 30/10/2021..till today 10/11/2021?
