I wonder why do they even give out their contact details because they don’t answer my calls since last week Tuesday I was suppose to get my order on the 2nd of November, I’ve been trying to call them for the whole week and even today still they’re not picking up my calls .

Poor service. Waited over 7days for my parcel. Was told they'll deliver at my door step but now they saying they will not. Thar parcel is very important I was hoping to receive it at least within 3-4days. I would never recommend Aramex to anyone

Been waiting for my parcel that was handed over on 26 October. Today is 5 November and still not delivered. They only logged it on the system on 04 November evening. Worst courier service ever.
