I am not happy with your services. My package should have arrived on the 20th of October but till today, still waiting. My friend placed her order on the 30th and she's already paid customs (buffalo), her parcel can arrive anyday now.. you guys are failing us, I'm disappointed in Aramex

My parcel has been stuck in customs for more than 10 days. When I call them only do they process a tax invoice for me which then takes another 4 days to get to me. I pay immediatelyand then I wait another damn 5 days and counting to receive my parcel. Call centre agents are not helpful either. Terrible service
