Slowest service on earth,it’s worst . They should just shut down

I hate aramex I doubt I will ever use it again...

Been waiting for my order to arrive since 1 week and I hear nothing from Aramex regarding it. Such pathetic service

I'm happy. 48 hours it took to deliver my parcel from Jozi to Kapa

I got scared after seeing negative reviews and regretted using aramex. And its my 1st time using it . Package I sent on Tuesday from.Jozi arrived safely in CT today morning and my people received it intact. For that I'm impressed . my only concern was it took 48hours instead of 24. Otherwise I'll be using it again to see if there's consistency in the service.

Aramex please update me on the progress of my order;tracking number 34012832593;your last update was on the 29th October;this really frustrating

My package has been processing for a week now, how long does it take and your terms and conditions state other wise. And I havnt received any notification or response come on this is bad

Your service needs an upgrade U can't hold for more than 10 minutes just to speak to consultant. Parcel been stuck at one point since the 29 This is unfair

I'm furious with the company and i will never use their services again ,and just a friendly advice to warn those who want to use it DONT! They will leave you bitter and frustrated,they have ruined the reputation of international and local courier companies. Liars,their lines always says "this number does not exist" yet they can call you using that very same line how amazing! Never on time ,my parcel was supposed to be delivered on the 29th of October 2021 but now its the 04th of October as I'm penning this down with no luck or sign of any delivery soon. I just hope people will take my advice and stay the hell away from Aramex Thank you A disgruntled customer scammed off his hard-earned money,time,effort and peace.

My order has been stucked in Dubai from 1 November till now.

Am not happy at all since I sent the parcel on the 29 till today I haven't received it yet when I call no one answer I understand it was a long weekend but the parcel should arrive Thursday ever since I drop the parcel so yesterday wen I called they answer n tel me the parcel is in limpopo going to westernberg n the parcel must go to western cape n I dnt know any province is south africa called westernberg

Your service is very very poor i have been waiting for my parcel for the past 16days there is no communication or anything and am sick of this please communicate because I can see my packege is around JHB i will come collect it

Guys how many times must we send you messages? Complaining about ur slow service? Tell me where is my order around JHB, I will come and fetch it
