Bad service. Even I can deliver a package faster ?

It's been 8 days since my parcel is in transit ,I dont even know what to do.

I'm waiting for the parcel that I think was supposed to be on the way. I need it before Friday. I don't get anything like sms from aramex. I paid a lot of money. I thought you'll speed up the process. But here I am stressed. I've to track again using my own data, instead of updating me.

The worst service ever they take forever to deliver ,they don't atleast keep you updated on why it's taking so long

Still waiting for my order since 29 October

Very slow when coming to process or dispatch the parcels and they don't have good communication especially when delivering the parcels, I would never recommend it to anyone. Or maybe they should how other logistics are operating to satisfy their clients; like BUFFALO logistics.

Nonsense service I wish it shuts down , no client deserves this type of service.

My parcel still hasn’t arrived after days of waiting I had to be the one to call them and still nothing this is after a parcel of mine went missing

Why is my parcel stuck in in transit ? it's been 3 weeks now since waiting.

Been waiting for my delivery for over a week now. My parcel has been stuck in durban since the 27th/10/2021. Very poor service I have ever received.
