Aramex admin is extremely bad, I’ve waited from Thursday 21 October for any update on my parcel. I still haven’t received an invoice for customs, last year I’ve struggled for 2 weeks to get the invoice after I’ve made various calls and send emails. Buffalo logistics system is excellent I’ve received my package within two weeks, but with Aramex it’s been two weeks and there is no new updates. This is extremely frustrating.

My parcel has been with aramex from 14 October until to date we haven't received any correspondence, even after we have done folownups.We were just informed on 22 Oct via sms that we must pay 890 for clearance indent know why so much but we did pay and then no communication afterwards
