Since you guys update on monday till now no update again and when you want to deliver percel you don't talk to your clients.

Very poor service my package haven't been moving since 16 October it's the 21st of October why haven't my package arrived yet

Service is terrible the promise to deliver within 72 hours is a lie. I send an parcel from Pretoria to Amanzimtoti its going for 2 weeks now Monday next week. When you phone the call centre they cannot get hold of the driver who promised to deliver before 15:00 today. Therefore not recommended to use.

Oh wow, I sent my parcel yesterday and today before 4 they received it at a requested destination. I'm very happy, Aramex never disappointed me

I have been waiting for them to send me the payment details. Nothing I don't even know if they are doing cash on delivery now. They should communicate better with their customers. Very poor communication from their side

Tracking stops at 14/10/21 no more updates stayed more than a week at Dubai sorting hub now its flying for 12 days good planes extreme long distance fuel tanks.?

Bad service, no updates. You take too long to invoice. Parcels are delayed. Expensive for poor service

I have been tracking my parcel since the 13th October 2021 & there has not been any further updates. According to the supplier, I was supposed to receive my parcel between the 18th & 22nd October 2021. Aramex is just quiet. I don't even know what is happening. This is bad customer service.

Very bad service, My order had been in transit at OR Tambo since the 14th Oct 21 today is the 21st still no delivery, and I wanted to use my parcel tomorrow. Very very bad. My plans are ruined
