Had parcels from China which came with FedEx & Buffalo. Excellent service. Then comes you guys, one of the worst.

This service is very bad, I have been waiting for my order from shein which arrived at or Tambo on the 12 of September and still it hasn't been collecting and delivered

I would never recommend Aramex to anyone they have a poor service my parcel is been stuck in one place for almost a month, and I have not received it even now.

Pathetic customer service. My parcel is delayed and no one can tell me why.

Paid for overnight. 5 days later. Nothing!!!!

my package has been in transit since the 17th of September, your peaches invoices expire and there's absolutely no way to get hold of you. I've called your number countless times and it has never been answered just the annoying answering machine till it goess off dead. how does one get hold of you???????

I ordered a weave in China 24 September 2021 it’s still on route when I track the parcel it’s Johannesburg since, they asked for proof of payment at customs and on top of the R160….I’m not sure if I’ll use Aramex again…I’m in Port Elizabeth

You are useless company you have to be blacklisted you're scammers

I have been calling everyday to track my parcel. I keep getting told I will receive the link for my customs payment. Nothing received yet. Not only are they wasting my time they are wasting my airtime. Absolutely useless. Unhelpful. Unreliable. Delayed.

Aramex used to be efficient and tjey used to deliver on thier 24-48 hr promise. My previous parcel was delivered 9 days later. Now my other parcel more than 48hrs later is still not at its destination. I dont know why they want our cell numbers and email addresses if they FAIL to update should therr be a delay. Their switchboard is never answered. Very disappointing.
