Pathetic Pathetic company! Please stop accepting shipments that we ordered if you're not gonna deliver, please!

What a useless company! I wasted more than an hour on an unproductive call being transferred from pillar to post! No one answers, no one accounts...I don't recommend this corrier company to anyone...they are pathetic! Aramex is pathetic!

The campany take very long time to deliver

I have been waiting for my parcel for close to a month now. I couldn't even understand what they were saying when I called them. The services is really unacceptable. Not happy at all.

I have been waiting for my parcel since the 4th of October but till today no communication from Aramex. This is so disappointing!

It is an excellent service . I battle with the online waybill , but paying an extra R20 to get the old waybill is okay because I know the old way works ….

Aramex is useless. They don't keep up their promise on overnight delivery. Mine is sitting on 3 night delivery. Why pay fir a service they can't do. Hello Peter will be hearing from me fir a rating on Aramex

Second time complaining about the same parcel and I haven't received it. It's been 2 months now my parcel going up and down from Kimberly to Cape Town. I am so frustrated ijoh I can't. I will never use Aramex again. Ijoh such a horrible experience with Aramex

No updates. They hang up when u call them. Takes too long. I'm still waiting even for today
