I'm giving u 0 stars because of poor service, u don't respect your customers and don't even care, i hate this company. I wish my orders were not sent through this company

Most disappointed in aramex. Overnight delivery not delivered overnight. It took two nights before it was delivered. My nephew did not receive his parcel for his hospital stay. I chose aramex because the have OVERNIGHT but that's a lie. I will look elsewhere next time. I was only informed at 5pm that it was not being delivered. The whole day it said on the app out for delivery. Maybe Hello Peter would like my rating to be posted on their site. I am really disappointed

I sent a parcel 5 weeks ago to israel and was guaranteed 5 to 7 days it will be delivered and i told them it was urgent. This parcel has still not been delivered. Customer services are useless and you get nowhere with them. Extremely disappointed
