Improve your service otherwise you will lose your customers. Im not updated about my parcel it stucked

Iam so disappointed... I have been waiting for my parcel for 5 days now just from Johannesburg to Benoni, can it really takes that long?

Their service is bad. Their delivery takes forever to deliver. Havent received my stuff yet for nearly a month now,have been calling over and over but get different responds about the package. What's worse is I ordered twice via shein on the same day and buffalo has already delivered the second package,aramex hasn't delivered the first package yet. The service is so slow  I'm hoping to get my stuff soon  This is my second time using their service and its bad

Try another courier service to save yourself all the trauma... Customer service is terrible and they don't deliver the packages but they tell you they delivered but you didnt pick up and you have to go collect when theu didn't even bother showing up

How can a 1-3 days delivery take over a month to deliver??? Aramex sacrifices our small businesses for them to grow, I'm never using this courier!!!

I have had the bad experience ever even today I haven't received my parcel. I have been told it's on the way , it's on the way

Im rating you zero(0)Customers services is very poor, they do not even answer the phone in Johannesburg, called 2 weeks without annyone answering

My parcel reached you on the 30th of September and you have not delivered it to me why from Shein

Aramex has the worst service ever, my parcel has been in transit since the 2nd of october. No communication nothing.

It takes long to update and when an item going to get my parcel, even the shein app is so.slow
