Aramex usually takes long to deliver my parcel

Actually I mean no stars. You are wasting my time.

My parcel tracking number 33872869225 was sent by online shop Shein. Since the 30/09/2021, the status just shows it has arrived at OR operations facility. No updates since and it's been a week. On the other hand, Buffalo has already delivered a parcel for items that I bought from same online shop Shein a week later than the parcel that had Aramex as a courier. Terrible terrible service. No answers from any Aramex platform. I am not sure management cares sbout this company at all. It won't survive the competition if it carries on like this.

Waste of my time overnight parcel going for the 3rd day now and nothing recieved

I can believe that I have not yet receive my parcel, I wish it was BUFFALO COURIER, because buffalo cares about us, and they know how to do their job

No communication.parcel stuck over a week at OR Tambo.had to constantly call to ask why am i not receiving my customs invoice.and their customs amounts are ridiculous

I cant track my parcel. After I type my tracking number I only get a review to complete but no answer to my tracking!!!!

My clothes have been saying in transit for the past 2 weeks. I never had this problem with baffalo

This is supposed to be a 24hr turn around. I posted on Sunday, yet my client has not received her parcel. It been saying in transit.

Aramex is selfish n useless

Bad service,this is the second time using Aramex and I thought the experience would be better ?no communication and updates,we have to constantly be the ones reaching out,my parcel has still not been delivered and it doesn't look like it will be delivered anytime soon,very disappointed

No one is useful, customs blames customer service, customer service blames customs. Like 2 year old kids, run around...no help, completely slowed my business by almost 3 weeks. I'm losing clients. This is a shame I am passed. And I am still not assisted.
