Parcel not yet delivered after 7 days no comunication

I don’t think they know what they are doing, how can you make people wait for their parcel for over a month

Horrible customer service parcels are forever delayed

You don't deserve a single star. You're the poorest courier service i have worked with. Parcel sent on the 23rd September 2021 still hasn't been delivered on the 4th of October ??

Poor service No communication Incompetent workers, instead of assisting they will tell you they on leave through emails Hard to reach and get feedback

Bad service. I'm so disappointed

I have used this courier service 2 times and every time I got a bad experience from them. They do not communicate with you on a regularly basis to update you on your package and they are so slow when compared to other courier services

My delivery date said the 1st oct today the is the 2nd no parcel yet. No phone call nothing

The delivery service are very poor the company didn't send my invoice until I called my order hasn't arrived after 3 days of the agreed on date

Trying to track my parcel. No updaye since 05:05 this morning. Bad service. Why supplement a possible way to track the parcel, but no updates. So my parcel is in thin air???

Pathetic, 7days since dropoff and not yet delivered. Zero rating

Its bee 4 weeks.... Still waiting for mg package. And apparently I got an email saying that I must pay tax but I got no email stating that.... Now they're not responding to any of my emails.... Wtf so disgusted

I am so impressed with Amos and Champion! They really work so hard and did their best to make sure that I received my package. I missed their calls because I did not have the number. But I realized that it might be my package. I then called them back to find out if they were from Aramex, and they came back for the third time to deliver my package. They are so dedicated to their work and do their best to deliver the best service! Thank you for your patience and hard work! May it be rewarded and given back even more than you can imagine! If I could I would give you ten stars!
