I've been waiting for my parcel over a month no communication NOTHING!!!!!! Worst service ever

Still waiting for more that 3weeks for my package..No one to assist me as well..Still waiting for responds from them since last week

Bro aramex is absolute rubbish . I'm supposed to pay R800 for my stuff telling me about customs vat when i only paid R115 on buffalo for everything.

Worst courier co ive come across.....U dnt deserve any stars.....you have to wait 10 to 15 min for someone to take call...... dissatisfied

I paid for my delivery and sent the proof but still I didn't receive my stuff and I wanted to pay online by nope I CAN'T ...

Your service is very poor, just find another job to do this ain't the one for you..you take forever to deliver unlike Buffalo logistics they know their job, I'm very disappointed in you.

I have had the most pleasant and amazing service from Aramex. All my deliveries arrive in minimal time and in great condition. The delivery guys are always very friendly and I am satisfied with the service.
