I was suppose to receive my parcel on Thursday 23 it's now Monday I can't get hold of anyone from Aramex not sure what's going on

I ll never use aramex again

Aramex does not care about it’s customers , I’ve been waiting for my parcel the whole 3 weeks

Poor communications and 3 day delivery ??

Late delivery or no delivery, my parcel was couriered 13th September it was supposed to be delivered 2 to 4 working days, ??even today I am still waiting for it

I paid for parcel in 2nd of September and it was said to be in jhb from the 14 of September until today their system hasn't updated nothing still shows jhb. Estimated delivery was 21 to 27th of September..today is the 27th but the parcel has moved from jhb to durban ...

I don't want to give even one star!! I Send by package on Wednesday morning and its still not received...

Customer service is pathetic...

I’m not happy with Aramex at all, I have been waiting for my parcel since the 23rd of August till today, when I call no answer, unfortunately this was my last time considering Aramex to me or anyone else out there,

I am so disappointed, my parcel was delivered on the 16 Aug 2021 now its the 27th Sept 2021. I am still waiting for my parcel. Ijoh I can't I am done with Aramex shame
