An actual nightmare. The call centers are forever congested and if you manage to get through you get no answers. It takes 3 to 4 tries before you get any useful information on your parcel. There is nothing I hate more than having to deal with Aramex. My parcel has been in SA since the 27th of August. It took almost three weeks to get my customs invoice. I paid immediately yet two weeks later I still can't get any answers about when I can expect delivery.
