Very disappointed, from the 9th of September until today, haven't recieve my parcel

Everyone hate Aramex in our group

My order was meant to be delivered on the 23th of August, payed customs but till today I still havent received and I'm not getting any feedback.

Aramex is useless you have to keep calling and tracking my parcel has been with them for weeks now ?

My parcel has been in transit since Sunday ? please do better

Waiting for parcel from Hong Kong Cosmetics valued at HKD80 Aramex expect us to pay R86000 to release parcel.No feedback if rectified

My parcel was scheduled for delivery between 18to 19 September 2021. Today its 21 September no parcel delivered ?

They are the worst!!!

Poor service ever.. my parcel was send on an overnight based from Friday and today is Monday they are telling me that they could reace yet I was steering at the window the whole day I didn't even continue with my preparation for my work vacation.. am so disappointed

I m so not happy about your services paid for my delivery last week recieved an email saying they got proof of payment till now I still get the runaround

My parcel is not yet delivered

It takes very long for your system to firstly register a parcel in order to track it. Parcel handed in Saturday morning. Not registered Monday 13h00.

Have a very bad customer service.When u call them to do fall up abt ur parcel they don't give u an accurate answers.still waiting for ma parcel it's almost 3 weeks now.mo calls,no sms or even email..??
