Worst ever .. been waiting for my parcel for about 3 weeks now .. so how long does it take to deliver from JHB to PTA .. WILL NEVER use aramex is soma Kak?

I am not happy with Aramex service it's been 3 weeks now and I haven't received my parcel.

Your customers service is very poor You tend to forget we are not calling for free

Poor service ?my daughter ddnt get her birthday photoshoot outfit in time so disappointed

Tracking number says in transit, i already know its in transit, how many days is transit

Aramex South Africa's service is so horrible and they don't communicate if there are delays. You wait forever for your parcel and you will keep following up and no progress.

Its been 3 weeks now still haven't received my parcel yet .. how long does it take to deliver from JHB to PTA .. your service is just kak ?

So after calling the call center In East London. I asked the lady when exactly will the parcel be delivered. She called and checked with the driver who confirmed before 5 today. Now note that I sent this parcel 3 days ago. It now Friday evening and no sign if the parcel. Do these people even do deliveries on a weekend. I am so angry. Aramex is full of flippen lies. I won't use them again.

I had a lot of faith in Aramex but it seems they are slowing down.

I don't understand how it works. Thought its overnight delivery. It's the third day today and no sign of the parcel

My parcel was first sent to PE instead of PMB. I need some answers for the delays.... Just how many deliveries are firstly sent to the wrong address?

Delivery service is horrible. they take way too long to deliver. They told me my package would arrive 24-48 hours after custom clearance and i still haven’t received it !!

Was expecting a door to door service the next thing o get a call that I needed to collect my parcel by vans garage, they were going to leave it there as they know someone at the garage I asked them why they accepted a door to door request when they knew they do not service my area. Ultimately had to ask them to send the parcel back to the sender woodshed use a different service provider. Have had similar challenges with them anyway. Their service is ? so ?.
