Very unprofessional and poor service. They take long to pick up their phones and then the next thing all they could say it's leave your number and will go to operations to find out and will call you back. You will wait for a week and no one will bother to call. A full 1 month for a parcel to be delivered around johannesburg

No updates for over a week. It's ridiculous. Shein must change to better courier company

I have been waiting from 2 September it says my parcel is ready for pickup are they not deliver to our homes cz I paid for it and I try to call and no one is answering

Aramex is nolonger reliable now. Over night service takes 3 full days to deliver an over night parcel. Our businesses are failing due to delays caused by aramex

I courier a package on 2 September 2021,from queensburgh pick&pay to Pretoria. It's 8 September and the package hasn't been received yet. Service is bad. Please follow up and give customers peace of mind.

My mom has been waiting for her package since 27th up until today everytym wen we cal they will say it's coming to ur place be4 end of the day even now it's still cuming ACCORDING to what they say

The service is pathetic my parcel was taken in on the 25 August in cape town I hvn't received it yet, the operator that assisted me telephonically had a lame excuse that they are reaching my voicemail every time they call me.Their service is in shambles
