very poor service.. I've been waiting for my parcel from the 30 Aug & still didn't hear anything from them.. while im busy tracking the parcel it only show the shipment is still at the sorting facility in sandton since Monday.. & it's Friday already.. I'm becoming really impatient

I live 30min away from Durban where you picked up my parcel I waited for 3 days to get it . Your shipping company is very slow

Still waiting for my delivery since 31st, it says it's in Johannesburg doing what there I don't know and I'm supposed to be using it tomorrow morning, argh such a poor service and I trusted Aramex but not any more.
