It's been more than 10 day waiting for my parcel and there's no update but you were so quick to update me about customs, please improve your services

I am so disappointed it aramex,i have been trying to find out tje where abouts of my parcel for the past five days,their tracking system does not update says,network error.I really do not recommend aramex it for the second time i get this bad service

I am leaving this a little early, since the expected arrival date is still a week and a half away, but so far I'm really not happy with the process from Aramex. The tracking process is not great. There's been no update for 2 days. It just says system administrative update. What does that mean? Is it on the way? Is it in the country? is on a plane that's crashed onto a mountain? Or is it at the sorting facility waiting for someone to get off their ass and to pencil my delivery in? Who knows. I can't even say I'll never use Aramex again, I didn't use it this time. But this is really causing me to rethink buying from Amazon USA again if they're only using Aramex.
