Terrible delivery than when you started in the beginning of your service. Improve your couriers to be on time

I am waiting for my parcel since 12 Februari. Nothing yet. Poor service.

I'm not happy with the service. I ordered my parcel on the 15th and I haven't received it's yet. I ordered it before the time so that it could arrive before the event.they sent no tracking number and no proof of where the parcel is and I'm not happy with their service and it's not the first time that I've experienced this.they need to update their clients on what's happening because I've been waiting for a week and i still haven't received a update nor a notification on where my parcel is.

What a terrible service. I have been home bound for 3 days waiting for my parcel, on Monday, the driver went to a wrong address (apparently), he called when I called back he said he removed the parcel from scan, I called the call center and they escalated, on Tuesday the drive didn't even bother calling this time, they recorded customers unavailable, I called the call center again and they escalated, promising me that they will deliver for sure today, I have been call the call center the whole day L, today, being told that it has been prioritized, until now, the parcel hasn't been delivered. Such incompetence. It's annoying coz I missed 3 days, busy waiting for them and they can't give you the exact time they'll deliver so you have to wait for them as if they are doing you a favor. I wish I could give them zero rating.

Experience bad service I have full two weeks

Been waiting since 29 Jan for my parcel. Been at customs for revue under code 31 and still no answer.

Slowest delivery iv ever delt with all the other couriers had my parcel from China delivered to my door within 7 days. It's been 6 days we still in China. Ay disappointed.
