I have been trying to track my package for almost 3days and I was given run around of numbers to call even still not get my things. I am not happy at all.

Absolutely disappointed with this courier service. I haven't received my parcel which was supposed to be delivered last week and haven't been contacted to inform me about the delay or whatever issue there is.

Extremely bad service.

Worse service ever. They’ve had my order since 30 July. Today is 16 August and I still haven’t heard a word from them. Stay away from Aramex if you know what’s good for you.

My order has been waiting at the airport for over a week now still no update on it... hopefully it is going to be delivered before the 21st of August

Very disappointed with the service. Probably the worst yet so far. Package was supposed to picked up on 10th of august for overnight delivery. Instead it was only collected on 12th of august. Paid overnight delivery fee meaning it should have been delivered on the 13th. Package only arrived on the 16th of august. No communication from aramex to inform that there will be delays or the reason for the parcel being delayed. Would not recommend

It's awful!! I'm so mad ryt now! they sent me a message telling me that my parcel could not be delivered because they don't have my address or whatever I should call my local carrier.

My parcel was received on the 5th August...they took to Sandton nge 6 August ...and it says it was out for delivery on the 11 August but have not received...instead they lied about not finding whereas there was no communication or whatsoever...it is the 14 th today but still nothing...I'm furious???

Been using aramex since 2016and I have never been disappointed with their service which is first class
