Been using aramex since 2016 and I have never been disappointed with their service which is first class

This is the first time that a parcel was sent to me with Aramex. I was very impressed with their service. I was not home when Aramex delivered. I phoned them the next day, and they were very obliging and happy to deliver to an alternate address the next day.

I regret using this courier company. Communication is zero. Is been over a week I’ve been expecting my parcel to be delivered till now I’ve tried to call them they just keep you online forever. They are worse.

Takes 3 days to deliver a package from Centurion to Pretoria North

Very poor service. My parcel was sent in joburg to rustenburg but ends up being in Durban, for what... I paid for a good speedy service but I get nonsense

My order is stuck at OR Thambo from the 6th aowa guys??

Aramex is the worst, my parcels from Shein usually delays at their warehouse. They don't even notify you when it arrives and they take 3 days from the airport to the warehouse another 3 days to charge for customs and another 3 days to clear the payment even if you do an immediate payment ??

Aremex has been good and reliable. But now it's like it's on the top 5 unreliable couriers in SA. We're now loosing deals and customers due to your delays not knowing what's the problem. Or why.

Worse service as far small businesses are to loose customers because of delayed deliveries No communication at all ???

Sent my parcel on the 4 August 2021 still has not been shipped. What is the delay it's the 11August 2021 still waiting

I have received no communication from Aramex and my parcel is apparently still at customs! I was supposed to have received it yesterday!

Unacceptable I ve been waiting for my parcel its been 1 month 2 weeks ? even if I call customer service not answering
