The only issue I have is that the site doesn't get updated. It shows my package came into SA a few days ago and passed all the check but yet there's no update.

tracking is not nearly as detailed as should be expected and the parcels take far too long to arrive.

Would not recommend to anyone especially for emergencies. I was promised my parcel would be delivered to the address the following day and I still haven’t received it! It has been 3 days. It was really an emergency I regret using your services thanks for nothing

I have a complain. I've been waiting for my parcel for more than 4 days

Worst experience I've had, I've been wanting for my parcel since the 15/06/21. I'm not updated about my parcel. I even called to sort out the customer clearance but still.

Disappointed i had 2 parcels sent off at the same time.. How can i not trace it.. Update your tracking site.. It cannit be at your facility still since thursday..

The parcel cleared customs on 11/6. What has happened to the package since?

Aramex has had my package in customs estimating clearance charges since the 6th of June. I do not understand what is taking them such a lengthy period of time to process

No updates on parcel expected by tomorrow for 3 weeks??? ??? ?????????

They said that they tried to deliver my parcel twice on 18 June. They didn’t!!!!!!!

Terrible service with no response, i have still not received my package for fathersday.

Very disgusting....more than poor service. Empty promises of over night. Wairing for more than 3 days parcel coming from EC to EC, same province. 2 hour drive only. PEP PAXI is better 100 times.

Don’t rely on this service to get your parcels there on time. A complete disappointment.
