My parcel took long to arrive

Parcel tracking 2 days behind..not up to date.

You guys are the worst, you are selfish and pathetic. I can’t believe I have to change my birthday plans because I haven’t received my parcel.

Slow service, pick n pay staff not trained on Aramex services. Totally poor

Bad and poor service

My parcel was posted Saturday and on the tracking shows it arrived in Cape town but still not delivered yet I did ask if working holidays they said yes m taking this further coz aremax is misleading us saying it's an overnight thing post today get tomorrow m really gonna report to hellopeter and take the company further cz it's not the 1st time

Rubbish service, no phone number. Repeatedly contacting me asking for info that was on the waybill. Then I contact Amazon to get a phone number and they don’t know what I am talking about. Terrible phone systems, don’t waste your time.

Slow an inefficient. My parcel has arrived to their offices over a week ago and still no update. Would not recommend!!

Won't recommend it, it's very slow and they fail to keep track of a parcel

Extremely slow ,paid the custom fees,update says my parcel is cleared It been 3days now does it take more than 3days for parcel to ship from JHB to DBN ay I’m never using them again their pathetic.

Aramex should start working weekends as well
