I will never ever use aramex very bad service i once send my parcel to you guys even today my costomers never received their parcel

I’ve been waiting for my package since the 1st of April

Been waiting for my parcel to be delivered since Thursday. I shudder to think how u handle deliveries outside GAUTENG providence. Bad bad service, if I had asked someone to walk with my parcel, it would have reached me yesterday. Your service is bad, would not recommend it even to my enemy

I'm very disappointed with aramex I'm struggling to get my package and I've been calling for the last 4 days with no help. I hate the service

How can I pay duty on the 16th of February and still not get my stuff. It’s 1st April now. Why???

The first time I use your service my parcels went missing

Terrible service, will not recommend to anyone. Call centre is useless. I dropped off a parcel on 15 March 2021 and it is still not delivered. I call daily from 17 March, but no assistance and no delivery.

Good communication and alert all the step of the way.

Very bad service, al reason I gave a 1 one star is because you can't give 0, been waiting 2 weeks

Very bad received wrong package and they said they can find my package

I can not get help with tracking my parcel. Keeps on giving me error messages or parcel not found.

Poor service would not recommend anyone to use their service.

Used aramex on Tuesday 24th March at 10 am, a gift from CT to DB. It's now Friday afternoon and the parcel still has arrived 2 days later. Shocking service and an emabarrasment all round. Will never use aramex again.

The parcels I send out are never delivered on time, call centre employees are not always helpful
