Order not found and a pain to find the tracking page.

Poor service. I used a games for a local delivery from joburg to Soweto it took a who'll full week to deliver and when I call to ask I am told the van got into a highjacking. And there was no insurance on the shipment therefore we won't get anything. This is crazy.

Service inconsistent, some parcels are delivered in 24 hours and some not yet delivered on day 4. The tracking system is also not working since all tracking numbers entered are not found

Very satisfied with Aramex.....the tracking of the package & them phoning to let you know if they are stocked & can't deliver package when expected.....that is professionalism

Not happy with the service at all

My shipment has been posted on Tuesday the 9/03/2021 and today is Monday the 14/03/2021. How long will it takes to reach its destination? This is the worst service i ever received and i promise is the last time i utilize your service. No one is contacting us for an update. Thanks anyway.

I cannot write a review because nothing happen with the parcel.it is the 3rd week waiting for delivery and I still wait.so there is no review from me.

Useless service parcel in South Africa over a week says delivered but still waiting never recommend this company

Parcel left Capetown on Tuesday.Received it 2 days later at Marina Beach.Quite happy with that.

I haven't receive my parcel but when tracking it it says delivered. I don't know how, hopefully you will give me feedback.
