Worst experience. Sent goodies to my bf for Valentines. After a week, I phoned Aramex and they “placed an investigation”. After 2 weeks, I phoned again and they just “placed an investigation”. My bf received his parcel 3 weeks after I sent it and I was actually with him at the time... more than half of the contents were missing. After phoning for the 3rd time, Aramex has done absolutely nothing. So disappointed.

I always get my parcels late than the date promised

Am not happy with your service because the parcel takes time to reach to us and it really disappointing.

I'm truly dissatisfied with your services especially regarding yourselves as a major player in the Logistics field ,your advertising magnet to pull clientele is totally false and untrue ...its been 5days now since I've send my parcels via your courier tomorrow making it the sixith,where as your time frame is 72hours,as an activist I'll be standing up to this unprofessionalism ..a petition will drafted to hold you "Aramex" accountable for terms and conditions that were drafted by aramex,which were also used as a marketing tool to hook clients with false proclamation....How many more most complain before action is taken...your deals your ways,so live up to them

i give aramex half of a star...ive been waitng for my parcel for 8 days now when m tracking it its still intranst.....

I have been waiting for my parcel which was sent last week Monday, when tracking it it says at sorting facility since Wednesday. Your service is poor shame, it's another Monday and it still at sorting facility, its my second attempt with Aramex and the previous one the service was just as poor.

I don't know understand how a parcel meant for Pretoria be sorted in Cape Town... My parcel has been in transit since 24 February

Very unpleasant experience, my business always suffers because of tracking numbers that don't even work. Weeks go by and my customers still don't get their orders. I'm very unhappy.

Delivery was way too fast

Worse service ever, they claim to have attempted to deliver and that they tried to call me and they never did instead I'm the one who called them and the lady called me a liar that they didn't call me when they made this fake "attempt delivery". I am in George and I hope not to ever use it again... Still waiting for my delivery
