I am finding this service to have gone from good to bad. I am still waiting for a parcel that was posted from JHB. I live in Cape Town so according to their promise I should have received my parcel on Tuesday before 5pm. Well it is Thursday morning any still nothing. Aramax you need too get your processes in order.

Why send messages that the parcel will be delivered before 5pm, you make arrangements for someone to be home boom the delivery doesn't happen and there's no update. Trying to track it only shows it is in transit JHB express office. Don't communicate prematurely if you are not going to honor your promise.

Always lying about parcel and very rude customer service

The worst courier, my parcel was collected on the 11/02/2021 in Pretoria at 12h43 . Still I have not received it.

I've been using Aramex for a few years , my parcels always delivered on time ..

Got a bad service from coloured guys that didn't want to come drop my parcel from my doorstep I had to spend money to meet them halfway because they were lazy to come. I wouldn't recommend people to use your service

I am highly disappointed at the bad service I am receiving from Aramex. I have courriered similar good at the exact same time to the same destination. My other goods has arrived at my customers place 4 days prior to Aramex parcels and was also cheaper. Till today goods sent with Aramex has Not arrived at my customers premises. I am Highly disappointed.

Half a star rating. Poor Service delivery.

I have been waiting for my parcellove for seventhe days now, all its its saying is " in transit"! Don't know how manyto days you need to deliver my parcel?

I sended my parcel on 20-02-2021 today is 25-02-2021 still not delivered and last parcel update was on 23-02-2021

I cannot believe that it takes 4 days for a package to be delivered from Standton to Pietermaritzburg
