Worst service ever I think they lie about their deliveries. And say someone was not available

Aramex is the worst very unprofessional I will never use Aramex again

I want them to return my parcel so I could use postnet, I h've send a parcel on Monday at around 8am till now I hasn't been captured on their database they go beyond worse.

I am so disgusted by this service... it state following business day or 72hours delivery ...but no pick up in72 hours yet... its disgisting... since Wednesday ... only pick up today..Clients think we lie and make us look unprofessional.

How can a parcel dispatched on Saturday not arrived by Thursday

Very disappointed, they lie about attempted delivery. If they tried to delivery, they would phoned to see if I'm available before leaving like other delivery companies do. Looks like I need to use a different delivery company at work as well.

Sent a customers parcel but it's says parcel not registered yet

Only had good service from Aramex. I use them weekly!

You don't even deserve 1 star, and how you can say you have received over 6000 awesome reviews is beyond understanding, i read only reviews that feel the same than me, this companies ability is the worst i have ever come accross, they should not even be in business anymore

I'm very much disappointed about your service I'm now becoming impatient and frustrated Im still waiting for my parcel to be delivered and till now it hasn't been delivered I'm selling those items my customers are now doubting me because of your poor service can I please be attended as soon as possible if you can't do your job pls seek help there are ppl who are very much smart on doing that job I need my parcel,I don't know why to rate if I have a serious poor service from you
