Terrible service, never again. The parcel didn't even make it in time for the event and took more than 72 hours and there is nothing those WhatsApp communicaters can do but say sorry. Nope terrible, so disappointed

Hi I posted a package now more than a week it's not even in the system registered the receiver is very angry at Aramex cause it's long now and bad service. Nothing arriving

11 days i have been waoting for my parcel..... It has been in santon then OR then santon again i get no awnsers as to when it wil be diliverd only that i must wait insane.... After making a damn cuatoms payment of R512.... This is unexseptable

I will never use thier Service and because of them I will not use Shein anymore. Waited for my parcel for 17 days just from O R Tambo.

Poor service, wouldn't recommend it for anyone 2-5 days delivery turned out to be the worst nightmare till date I have not received my parcel n they don't even communicate

The worst service from a courier company. 11-18days for delivery, jas turned into almost a month and no parcel received up to date.... Extremely frustrating, disappointing and, and, and!!!!!!!!

Am happy with the service so far,I send my parcel on Tuesday 29 and today is Wednesday 31 the parcel is delivered.

Your service is poor You guys said you deliver the following day at by 17:00 but the promise is not kept
