Parcel in Jhb since 23rd January. Today is the 31st and still haven't received it...

Worst service ever

Very poor service..sent my parcel on 14th January still on the route arh

My parcel was supposed to be delivered onTue 23rd,today its the 29th still nothing poor service

Worse courier company. Waiting for a parcel from Cape Town. Parcel was sent on the 15th of January. 2024

I am waiting for a parcel from Cape Town. Its almost two weeks. I still did not receive it.

The worst service ever. It is a nightmare to get ahold of anyone to help. My parcel was supposed to be delivered on the 25th then the 27th and I still have not received it. Everytime I wait for a parcel from Aramex then I know I am hoing ro wait long and get upset.

I dropped off my parcel on the 28/12/2023, today it is 28/01/2024 and still my parcel hasn’t been delivered from joburg to vryburg

Received my parcel in 4 days from Polokwane to Lichtenburg but tracking still shows parcell in Sandton.

Thank you Aramex. I received my parcel within 2 days. Good order. From Rustenburg to Port Eizabeth. The problem I experienced is with their web tracking of parcel.

My parcel was suppose to be dropped off Monday I still haven’t received it yet they send me messages every morning saying it will be delivered between 08:00am to 17:00 I contacted them I’m even tired now

My parcel was dropped off on the 18 January 2024 and has not been dropped off. It is still sitting at Redhill.

Sent a parcel to Eshowe on the 18 January 2024. Today its the 24th and it has not reached its destination

I received all 3 x packages on time over a space of 2 weeks. I am very happy with their service and would you them again. Lance the delivery guy phoned everything when is was close to my place to let me know. He is a keeper. Thank you Aramex for the excellent service and to Lance.
