Aramex reviews

My parcel was dropped in the Aramex box in East London on 19 January and tomorrow is the 24 January and it is still in East London. Waiting for it in Cape Town - not very happy .

I sent a parcel to Johannesburg from Plettenberg on 19/12/2023 it's been over a month and tye parcel hasn't been delivered

Well I'm not happy with their service, I ordered my parcel December 2023 and even now I'm still waiting.. it's 2024

Very disappointment with your service You don't deliver in time You don't respond to customer queries.

I have been waiting for my parcel ever since the 11th of January, I don't understand what's happening

What are these ppl doing with our parcels, they keep on changing dates and send fake updates... .why don't they just leave the parcel from the shop since it's hard for them to deliver ?

Where is my parcel I was suppose to get on the 18th, I real need it urgently

I have been waiting for my parcel ordered at the beginning of December 2023. The parcel is still not here. What is more is that I am getting emails from Aramex, whether it is a scam or not, demanding payment for delivery also threatening of late delivery and storage costs. I've tried to contact Aramex in vain, however an update on the tracking indicate delivery problems encountered due to the festive season I suppose. Could Aramex speed this up, please. Thanks.
