Where is my parcel it was suppose to be delivered on the 19th of january

Disappointing not fulfilling their mandate of delivering parcels on time. Time is important in this business hence their performance is mediocre

Your customer services is disappointing. You shouldn't even be in the business with this kind of attitude you have. My parcel is long stuck there in joburg and I need it. I'm so angry right now. Aramex fix your business this is nonsense

Tell me Aramax ,about my parcel send by Mpumi Doyisa from Dbn to ,Utrecht 78 Voor Str 2980 what u did with it coz it was written outside where it's supposed to ,here at Utrecht,why u send my parcel at Waterval Estate at Sandton coz that is Joburg me ,I m here at Utrecht KZN,on that parcel is stil at Joburg ,who's gonna recieved it coz Sya G Dlamini stitiza it's me here at Utrecht,check and bring it here why you didn't call the sender here 0730219208 ,track no,230001520011200,why you guys don't want to talk to your customers,do you still want to do the business here in South Africa or?plz don't put us on another moods coz pick Pay will be in a problem also by inviting criminals to stole our parcels and eat them ,Aramax and pick Pay don't Robb us ,this is a small thing which will ended up a big problem and which will coz a loss to Aramax store to door and pick Pay bring my parcel to me

I RECEIVE my order today thank you bad service because I'm waiting for my order from last year it arrive today THANK GOD

Parcel has been atthe Sandton depot for a month now was collected on the 19th of December 2023 ,no feed back at all ,no progress just a sorry for the inconvenience caused we re working on the matter ....cant even say it is poor service delivery, as there is no service at all ,the SA postal service was more reliable than this joke of a company

According to you tracking system my poo package has spent two days, waiting in Santon. This is not next day delivery as promised

Haven't received my parcel, they don't notify you when they're on their way and no communication. A person pay so much for bad service
