Being waiting for my parcel since last week from Phat gurlx boutique

I give you 0 your service is poor Post office is even way better than you, Aramex is just using people's money for nothing, the parcel that was sent on Tuesday I can't locate it, it's useless to call them because they use the same way to trace your parcel they can't even call the store or region to do further follow-ups. Useless service

Not even worth a vote. Pathetic useless courier service Overnight express now on 4 days and still waiting Not sure were package is????? Useless Do NOT use COURIER GUY is the way to go

I am certainly not happy at all

Not satisfied at all with services. Still awaiting for my parcel which was promised for delivery yesterday 02/02/2021 and promised today delivery before 12h00 and still not received parcel.

You don't deliver on time

I’ve been waiting for my parcel since the 29th of December 2020. I was told I’d need to pay taxes for it to be cleared. But I’ve been waiting for an sms with banking details of where to pay. Every week I call & speak to different people who promise to escalate the matter but nothing has been done. It’s the 3rd of February and I’m still waiting.

Poor customer service indeed, they do not contact customers upon delivery. It's been 6 days of waiting

Pathetic service hey. They don't deliver your parcel unless you call them!!! And then when you do call them, they say that they've attempted to deliver your package yet no one has tried to call you!!! Even though your number is on the damn package!!! Will not be using this company again.

2 stars for getting parcel here but admin poor. Delivery confirmation 12 hours after actual delivery and delivery indicates in Kimberly while delivery address is in Parys. Scared to think what will happen if a parcel goes missing and need to be searched.

My parcel left JHB on the 28th January today is the 1 February if thats the case I should have went to JHB myself an picked up my parcel what terrible service.

Waiting a week. Cannot get hold of their richards bay branch. Poor service indeed
