I'm bored and irritated by your service...you received my parcel on the 20th of January but still not arrived. I'm in Limpopo when I track it it spent a week in Polokwane now I check its left Polokwane, left me here in Limpopo and is now in Sandton...and I see you are not willing to change because I see the negative reviews here but no encouraging response from you. No more. Just bring my parcel.

My parcel was supposed to be overnight to Stellenbosch. My son leaves for Italy early Monday morning and the parcel was not delivered as promised! I'm am very disappointed and won't be using your service again. PEP are more reliable.

Should have a zero star option , horrible customer service

Useless is all I can say ! Unhelpful people . I will never recommend using them. I will make sure our company makes use of an alternate courier in future

Your service sux. I sent a parcel on Friday 22 January 2021 from Pinetown to be delivered at Ladysmith. Today is the 27 January 2021 and the parcel is still sitting somewhere in Pietermaritzburg. Now its pointless sending the parcel via aramex because I am going to Ladysmith on Friday. Tracking number DBP46092466302

I think the expected time of arrival at the final destination should be made available

Their service is very poor they receive my 5 days ago up till now I haven't received it yet. And they are quite they also haven't contact me either.

I have been waiting for my parcels for the past 2 weeks, I called the customer service department, your employees are so rude. They just hang up while you still asking some questions.. So rude!

I have used Aramex for over 4 years now and ever so often my packages do not get delivered in 24 hours as you say you do and it is from Pretoria to Newlands in Johannesburg

Your service is very destitute, unreliable, inconvenience and too slow. So out of 10, I will give you 0.5
