This is the 2nd time aramex is rendering me such a poor service.I have not yet received a parcel that was sent last,it's almost a month still waiting for my parcel to be delivered vy aramex. Im highly disappointed

The worst pathetic service ever, call center agents kept promising to correct the mistake but all of them , where just lying nothing was done, parcel that left 28th December 2020 , has not arrived to its destination on the 4th of January 2021, you don’t deserve a single star

3 inquiries to their online customer service. Response promised within 1-2 working days. That was almost 2 weeks ago. Nothing received but a bot response.

The worst possible service. I have been calling Aramex on a daily basis a week after my parcel arrived in the country. They have not even been able to customs clear it to even consider delivering it. This two weeks after the parcel arrived in the country. Not using them again!

Aramex service is the poorest of them all, it's 3 weeks full now still waiting for my parcels to be delivered. I so regret using it.
