Aramex reviews

This is the 2nd time aramex is rendering me such a poor service.I have not yet received a parcel that was sent last,it's almost a month still waiting for my parcel to be delivered vy aramex. Im highly disappointed

I sent a parcel on Thursday. Today is Tuesday in the evening and still my parcel says it's in transit

My items has been intransit since 22december 2020 and i still havent received it. The staff do not reply to my emails.

The worst pathetic service ever, call center agents kept promising to correct the mistake but all of them , where just lying nothing was done, parcel that left 28th December 2020 , has not arrived to its destination on the 4th of January 2021, you don’t deserve a single star

3 inquiries to their online customer service. Response promised within 1-2 working days. That was almost 2 weeks ago. Nothing received but a bot response.

Your service is very poor

The worst possible service. I have been calling Aramex on a daily basis a week after my parcel arrived in the country. They have not even been able to customs clear it to even consider delivering it. This two weeks after the parcel arrived in the country. Not using them again!

Aramex service is the poorest of them all, it's 3 weeks full now still waiting for my parcels to be delivered. I so regret using it.

I got my parcel but a bit late

Since 11 Dec my stuffs arrived and no one gives me feedback or answers as to where my parcel is.

Poor service.... No response, no apologies nothing at all.

I've had a very bad experience with Aramex been waiting for my parcel since 30th of November till now its not moving☹️
