Poor service, my parcel was promised to be deliverd on the 15-12-2020 at 12:00 according the sms I received in the morning. Still waiting, no call no apologies. My day was waisted waiting for nothing.

I'm so disappointed coz when I track parcel it shows that it has been in joburg since the 1st of December, but till today I haven't received it.

They are taking forever!!!!!!

so dissapointed.my parcel arrived on 11/12/2020 got a message that i will receive it before 12 same day.Dololo waited whole day nothing.This morning again received same message ,that I would receive parcel before 12 .Day is ending I have not received anything.I guess il receive another message tomorrow morning and receive nothing again.Only God knows when I will receiv it.Been waisting my airtime calling them to my suprise I was told there is note on the system saying"I could not meet them on friday due to the rain".Yet no one called me not sure who they are refering to on the note.

I think aramex is selling our parcels..I've been waiting for my parcel to be delivered..

Parcel has been in Sandton since the 2nd of December still waiting on any updates with regards to it. Not happy with the service honestly

Since last week.on.4th december iddnt.receve my parcel until now im still waiting it so bad

My order hasn't arrived yet from 07 of December till today (14 Dec)

Ì was expecting 2 parcels from joberg placed same day same time at the same place by the same person but i only received 1 still the other one i havent received and it was not tracking

Don't deliver on time and coupled by your poor call center response. I had to hold for over 5 minutes before speaking to anyone...Will not use Aramex again.
