Always been satisfied but this time the parcel has taken more than 72 hours to reach Queenstown and no response to phone calls for queries. Tracking information is also not informative enough and is 24 hours behind.

I have been waiting for my parcel for 3 weeks and I'm not getting any assintance

I thought u were taking 2 days to deliver I have send my parcel on monday till now the parcel Is not received from george to oudtshoorn this is poor service really

Very bad service posted on the 6th and still parcel never arrive furthermore you stay so long on the line trying to find out information... they keep saying it will be there we sit and wait day after day and nothing... really very disappointing

Since they said they will deliver before 12h00 I'm still waiting it is a bad service indeed.

Hi, my parcel was delivered now. I just got new my the receiver however my package was thrown on the driveway. Yet it said infront fragile products handle with care. This is terrible and inappropriate. If you guys can't keep up to a standard why offer such services.

My parcel was in transit from the 7th of of december.. Until now...may e the courier guy is walking from Stellenbosch to somerset west. Bad service Shame

Parcels has been sitting at aramex durban north since 02H18 8/12/2020 and no movement since. Any advice?

The duration of the parcel delivery is not the same as the what you are saying on your website. I haven't received a call or anything about my parcel, don't even know what's going on! Your service is bad and unprofessional! I'm so disappointed and this is my first time & the LAST TIME I'm using your services!!!!
