Going through the reviews of others just made me more unhappy.. my parcel arrived two weeks ago but is still not delivered. Tracking parcel is still in transit ever since it arrived two weeks ago.. Can’t believe that I’ll be using your services for long term because my supplier uses this courier.

I received an sms earlier today stating that by parcel would be here before 12pm. Its nearly 4:30pm and I am yet to receive the parcel. No further contact has been made. Very disappointing

WORST service ever. Parcel was collected from supplier on 19 November 2020. Delivery was promised for Friday 4 December 2020, no later than Monday 7 December 2020. If I could give a 0 rating, that is what you would have received.

I will never use Aramex again. They have lost my parcel and no one is doing anything about it. Whenever I call, they promise to check abd call back but they never do so.
