Parcel placed in the collecting box on Monday 07/12/2020 at 10.30 am Was picked up only yesterday Tuesday afternoon 08/12/2020 Poor service DBP46094730511

Going through the reviews of others just made me more unhappy.. my parcel arrived two weeks ago but is still not delivered. Tracking parcel is still in transit ever since it arrived two weeks ago.. Can’t believe that I’ll be using your services for long term because my supplier uses this courier.

I didn't expect to get my parcel so soon.... Thanks Aramex for a good service...

Very bad service three times in a raw. I have send a parcel on the 04/12/2020 and today is the 08/12/2020 and still did not receive my very urgent parcel. DBP 46095091744.BAD, BAD SERVICE

I received an sms earlier today stating that by parcel would be here before 12pm. Its nearly 4:30pm and I am yet to receive the parcel. No further contact has been made. Very disappointing

Parcel is at Or Tambo since the 24th Nov.. trying to call and no help.

Never in my life have I seen such a slow courier service, I would never recomend them to any one. BAD service!!!!

Very bad service. My parcel is at Sandton now for 6 days. Hasn't move ever since.

WORST service ever. Parcel was collected from supplier on 19 November 2020. Delivery was promised for Friday 4 December 2020, no later than Monday 7 December 2020. If I could give a 0 rating, that is what you would have received.

I will never use Aramex again. They have lost my parcel and no one is doing anything about it. Whenever I call, they promise to check abd call back but they never do so.

I tracked my Parcel and it was delivered to the wrong address unknown to me, Aramex how do u drop a parcel without any document to validate the addressee I'm so disappointed ,ay I'm mad
