My shipment is taking long

To me aramex is very slow and im so dissatisfied. I payed for courier earlier bt now a whole week is gone no package

The parcel has not reached its destination after being sent a week ago. Aramex staff don't come back to me.

Did not bother to call sender or receiver when receiver was not at receiving address at 17H45 in the evening. Receiver waited the entire day and wasn't expecting the parcel to arrive in the evening.

poor services and unhelpful rude Miss Akilala. shocking.

Very dissapointed with the service delivery, this company has been doing deliveries but still doesnt know the routes, i live in port shepstone but my parcel was taken to cape town, delay has caused me to encounter inconvenience, worst delivery service!!!

Bunch of useless agents.. Robot's are even better. Pathetic service. It's been 5 weeks they are telling me I'll get my parcel.. Now they can't even track it....i want to be reimbursed for my parcel plus fees.

Poor very bad service

Is it not suppose to be a one day shipment ? My parcel have not yet arrived and it a fourth day today , guys if you can’t deliver what you promised as a company than don’t tell us lies that it an over nite shipment because it clearly not

Aramex has such a poor service they never deliver in time

A bunch of juveniles with no incling of "client service". Hands down the worst service I have ever received. No attemp at rectifying, or accepting responsibility for botching my delivery. Numerous promises of receiving a call from Louis, the regional manager, and I'm still waiting. Tracking # EVE1141858 parcel from Evetech. Evetech, this company is giving, your otherwise stellar company, a bad reputation due to delivery botches.

Their actual deliveries do not match their advertising claims.

I have been trying to track my oder, there is no information about my order. It's only the date they received my parcel.... Aramex, what's wrong with you. Can't you just improve

Parcel was supposed to be delivered today (03/12/2020). I have not received any parcel.
