Can’t even properly track my package

Still waiting for my parcel...which has arrived at the depot...3days ago! Pathetic!

Suppose to an Overnight service still waiting for them to drop off a parcel I sent a few days ago. So disappointed

Very disappointed waited two whole days for my package. Was even prepared to drive to Pretoria sorting facility.

Very slow,a 200km away parcel took 3 days to be dilivered

Service is so poor my parcel took almost 20days.

Selling smoke..over night is 4 days..i missed out on an internship because i used them

Your service is definitely up to standard. My shipment to 4 days from America via Dubai. It's now almost 2 weeks in JHB. What did I pay you so much for, you are no different from the post office postal service.

Very poor service they don't arrive on time

They called me around 19:30 yesterday expected me to meet them at Manguzi town of which is about 1 hour drive from where I’m staying, I told them I can’t and they said they will return my parcel back.

Still waiting for my overnight parcel since 11.11.2020. Seemingly Aramex cant tell what happened to my parcel since it was scanned. Worst part is not even a senior person will call or send a message to update you. Aramex is the worst ever. I HATE your service with passion. You don't deserve even half a star.

I thought this was a overnight service I hve deposited my parcel on Saturday but was not delivered yet

When I order. They told. Me 2 - 3 day. It was recieved on the 28th Nov. Still not send

Worst service provider the customer care also lies a lot, they advertise for services they cant offer my parcel was out for delivery since 28 nov now it 1 dec still put yet they cant locate where it is so disappointed

Its imposible to track a pakage from Friday till tuesday morning cannot rate you half a star with this king of service
