They say its over night delivery but its now almost a week my parcel is not yet delivered

4 weeks and still no delivery. No response to emails. Pathetic

A parcel that was logged in on the 19th as an overnight delivery hasn't been received and today is the 24th

So dissatisfied with the service it's the second time now has to wait 14 days for my parcel

My parcel arrived in JHB on the 15th of November and I was contacted to confirm the type of items for customs but I have still not received my package and there's no tracking information available besides when the item reached OR Tambo.

Not happy, dropped my item in box at Caltex, Ashley Ave, Glenashley, KZN on Friday 21st Nov, well before 3pm collection time, however my parcel was only picked up on Monday 23rd Nov 2020!! Your service is poor!! I'm very disappointed.

If I could give you a zero I would. It's been two weeks and my parcel hasn't arrived.

Worst worst service ever! I regret using aramex! It's almost 4 days now n still my parcel it's not showing in your data system!!! Can't even track it and! Paxi is way better and reliable..

Poor service to rural areas. Took one week for delivery.

Shipping times are way to slow I ordered a package off of Amazon and it arrived in five days from Ohio USA and I live in Durban South Africa when I order with Aramex it takes up 7-10 days for it to arrive when it is already so close

You used to have good service,not anymore ,pep paxi is overtaking you .
