parcel collected 18th but was not delivered 19th. Now 20th and parcel have not left depot for destination. Paid for overnight now already 2 days late.

I am very dissatisfied and dissapointed at Aramex. I have used this service for several times to the same person and same address and now lately my parcels arrive a 2 or 3 days later. They used to be delivered the next morning before 12 pm

I was told my parcel will be delivered today by 12 9 clock,its 17h00 now and it has not been delivered..

Most of the time my parcels only get delivered the next day or very late evening

Are you aware that your drivers are so rude, they sit outside in their car and HOOT?! He sat and hooted and hooted until I went outside to collect my parcel from him! Who is the customer here? Disgusting service. I will be reporting this to Amazon as well as on your Facebook page

My parcel was checked in Pretoria West on the 11th and the call centre cant tell what happened to my parcel. How possible is that. How safe is our parcels with Aramex? You don't deserve even a 1 star you must start adding-10 etc. I want my parcel.

They promise 72 hours. 9 days and counting....
