Really poor. There are no updates on status of parcel or requirements to release parcel from customs. In addition when you call they consistently promise to send in the next couple of days and it doesn’t happen.

Not even half a star as I've been waiting for more than a week!

They don't deliver on the address given yet they say do door to door

How can you call yourself overnight carries. I've been waiting for a very very important document for 4 days now and I've been struggling to track it cause the system can't recognize the tracking code its been saying invalid for the last 3 days

My parcel it has being stack in cape Town since forever

They said my parcel will arrive in pta in 2 days from cape Town now its the 4th day still i haven't received mine

My parcel left Durban on 11 Nov, till today it hasn't arrived, when tracking it it says Witbank while I'm in Standerton, since Friday late!....way passed 3 days

I received message that "my shipment is out for delivery. Please expect delivery before 12:00". That was on Wednesday 2020-11-11, Thursday 2020-11-12 and today also I received the very same mistake. I don't understand how long does it take to receive my parcel

Have been waiting for a parcel for over 2 weeks ,this is by the way ,the most expensive courier I've used ....

Excellent service. I have been using Aramex for many years now and they have always delivered. Highly recommended even with the covid 19 challenges they do their job.

This service take very long to deliver, I'm waiting a week for my parcel. What happened to the 72 hour promise.

Deplorable Service! 2 parcels posted to the same address on wednesday. Only 1 parcel received today. After several calls & having to deal with inept agents who couldn't locate the 2nd parcel, the tracking now shows it's in transit. Aramex should discontinue it's services if they are unable tof uphold the stipulated delivery time & for their lack of proper service!
