One star is at this moment even to much for me. This is my 2nd package I'm waiting for. They don't contact you. They gave my first package to a stranger and when I phoned about it the lady said she will call me back( never did) because then it was in Bloem then in Bethlehem and at the end of the day it was in the building next to my building where I work just given to them. It doesn't matter what is in the package, for me it's important. It's my stuff. I will never choose to work with Aramex. This package I have been waiting for for 3weeks and don't know when or if I will receive it

After 6 weeks of waiting and querying and trying to find out where my package is... it still hasn't been delivered.

Delivery not overnight as promised. Delivery not by 9h00 Saturday as promised. No info other than in transit and no answer at call center. Disgusting

The worst courier service I have ever I know, how does a parcel take 5days to arrive... I can never ever use it again.

Not happy at all. Can’t track parcels. After 10 days not at its destination!!!!! Very expensive!!

Absolutely worse courier service ever. The policy is 24 hours however it’s disappointing to note that your emergency isn’t an emergency the staff is absolutely not helpful. Never recommend them to anyone

The parcel was dropped off at Soshanguve buitekant Street last week Thursday 27-07-2020,till this day Wednesday 05-08-2020,it has not been picked, I called Monday, Tuesday and today customer service promised to call me but none did, worst service ever, even Pep PAXI is far more better

Terrible service. Promise to make your goods a priority and still dont meet up to the agreement. Disappointment!!
