Deplorable Service! Posted 2 parcels to the same address. 1 arrived a day late without any notifacation & the other cannot be tracked??? Several calls made & none of the apathetic agents were able to resolve.

You take longer than 3 working days

They want to auction my package without my consent although I asked them to return it

Aramex has the most horrendous service out of all the delivery companies

My parcel left JHB last week Friday 6 Nov 2020 ,and today 12 Nov 2020 I have not yet received my parcel and you call yourself overnight parcel service?...I will never use the company again I was called and told that the driver will call me and I never recieved no call from the driver.

I sent my parcel on the 26th of October... it was only delivered on the 12th of November... after I phoned them several times... and one of the consultants that was helping me in Rustenburg was rude... will never use Aramex again

Parcel was dropped on the 9th and only updated on the 11 so that means I will receive after 5days

I had no problems or any issues, delivered on time and I tracked my package well

I ordered something online so the person courierd my parcel on the Tuesday so aramex picked up the package on Tuesday so now it is day 8, 8 working days not including Saturday or sunday I still have not received my package when I phone them They can not give me answers and they say they will phone me back but doesn't this is pathetic service I will never in my life use Aramex again or will I buy anything if the sender uses Aramex normal postage is faster and more effective You should have a zero star 0

Package Arrived as promised by Store with Aramex on time...

Verry bad service my parcel was send from Joburg on the 30th of October and i still have not received my order it is lying in Nelspruit worse service ever will never use Aramex

Terrible service from Aramex.

I've paid for overnight delivery from Burgersfort to Joburg on Monday the 9th, today is Wednesday the 11th and my parcel is still in Nelspruit, like really? WHAT DOES OVERNIGHT MEAN?
