Rubbish of a company! They’ve sat with my parcel with more than a week now! I’ve sent from pillar to post when enquiring about my parcel!!

Am happy i received a call for delivery,am at my gate waiting patiently.

Been awaiting for a parcel since the 29th of June. From Pretoria to JHB, your phones ring unanswered. Honestly your services are extremely poor Aramex

Parcels eventually gets delivered. Only problem is lack of updates. Won't phone or send sms when they will deliver. You'll be lucky if you're home when they arrive. Please benchmark.

Send an overnight parcel and still not delivered. Thy are not answering my calls. I really regret using Aramex. Poor service

Parcel took longer to be delivered

It's the 22nd and update still only shows UNTILL the 16th

Am disappointed on myself,i missed a chance to receive my package because i didn't answer the aramex call.Am hoping to receive it tomorrow cos i ain't leaving my phone's sight.

Poor service I dropped my parcel 15 July 2020 even now it hasn't arrived in Limpopo

But why isn’t there a number where we can call on? Poor service

The service is not good anymore,parcels takes longer

Thee worse company to work with, my package is now 7 days with Aramex, and ur call centers do not answer their phones,

Service is poor I dropped off my parcel in the vaal PNP on the 8th of July today is the 21st but still my parcel is still there

Taken over a week which was meant to take 2 days
