Ph customer service and was very pleased with the service received

I am suprised to see how low the ratings are for Aramex. Over the years we have had many deliveries done by them, many international packages with valuable items and never had any problems. They almost always deliver ahead of schedule and tracking packages (even though not always 100% up to date) is usually very easy to do.

My parcel arrived at Aramex on 18 October, they still haven’t delivered 12 days later. Ridiculous service if you ask me. I wouldn’t recommend Aramex to anyone

Very poor service even the drivers they're so rude

I am not happy with the service I received, I left my parcel at Pick n Pay in Viljoenskroon on the 15th Oct 2020, even now my parcel has not yet reached the destination. I am not happy at all

I got an sms saying I would receive my parcel at 12pm, its after 3pm now and there has been no communication

ARAMEX is very convenient and delivers to the door as stated

Always worthwhile to use.

I wait since last week Wednesday for my parcel. So today is the eight day. Why does it take so long? Other couriers take maximum two days and they are cheaper. You pay a lot of money for quick delivery. I feel so disappointed.

Not impressed at all with your service

Im still waiting for a parcel that shows is in Sandton since Friday today is Tuesday it's still stucked there. Im in Pretoria. No communication

Terrible pathetic service. Overnight parcel has still not been received! Day 3 an counting. Don't deserve a star

No star at all.... Even post office is better... Am still waiting for my parcel... Is four weeks now

Took 3 weeks to deliver after promising delivery within 72 hours

Not very impressed. Their touted "72-hour" delivery turned out to be more like a week from Johannesburg to a destination 2 hours north on the N1.
